Vegetable rolls 

Method:

Make vegetable mixture as in for vegetable cutlets from your choice of vegetables, potato, garlic, ginger etc.

Mix plain flour and salt with water to form a batter.

As in mutton rolls, make the pancakes, fill them with vegetable mixture, dip in the batter, coat them with bread crumbs and deep fry.
