A spicy and tasty dish made in the tapioca season
Tapioca 250 Gms
Green Chillies 5
Onion 1 medium
Coconut scrapped ½ cup
Salt to taste
Clean, peel the tapioca skin and cut into 2 to 3 inches long pieces. Boil these pieces in water until they soften.
In a stone mortar (good choice) or grinder pound or grind the onion, green chillies and salt.
Add the cooked tapioca and continue to grind or pound.
When mixed add the coconut and pound well to a homogeneous mixture.
