Ladies finger Kulambu
This is with thin gravy and cooked in coconut milk.
Ladies finger 200 Gms
Oil for frying
Tamarind paste 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves 10
Curry powder 3 teaspoon
Coconut milk 1 cup
Clean and cut ladies finger into 1 inch pieces, discarding the stalk and tail ends.
Deep fry these in oil until they turn golden.
In a cooking pan, add one tablespoon oil and fry diced onions and curry leaves until onions become soft.
Now add the fried ladies finger pieces, curry powder, tamarind paste and coconut milk and bring to boil.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
