Thuthuvalai Sambal 

This is a tasty dish from home grown creeper.


Thuthuvalai Leaves 200 Gms
Onion 1 medium
Green chillies 4
Coconut scrapped 2 tablespoons
Lime juice 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste


Wash the leaves thoroughly in water.

Grind the leaves, onion, green chillies and coconut scrapings and salt in a grinder into a smooth paste.

Add lime juice.

This can be garnished by adding fried onion pieces and dry chillies. This enhances the taste.
