Vallarai Salad 

This has a slightly bitter taste and is crunchy.

Ingredients:

Vallarai 200 Gms
Onion 1 medium
Green chillies 3
Lime juice 2 teaspoon
Salt

Method:

Wash and remove stalk from Vallarai.

Slice the leaves very thinly.

Dice onion into small pieces, cut green chillies into small pieces.

In a large bowl mix sliced leaves, onion, green chillies together with lime juice and salt.

Keep in fridge until used.
