Pori ma
This is made for school children as a snack after school.
Ingredients:
Parboiled rice 1 cup
Sugar ½ cup
Coconut fresh and scraped 1 cup
Method:
Dry roast rice in a pan until golden colour and grind this to fine flour.
Mix this flour with sugar and coconut well with hand or in a blender.
Shape into small balls and this should be firm, if not add little hot water to the mixture and blend again.
The sweet balls can be served.
