Ginger sambal 


Ingredients:

Coconut scrapped 2 cups
Green chillies 5
Onion 1 medium
Lime juice 1 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Fresh Ginger thumb sized piece.

Method:

Clean ginger free of skin and wash.

Grind green chillies, ginger, onions, and coconut scrapings and salt until well blended into a paste.

Remove and add lime juice and mix.

This version of sambal goes well with string hoppers and vadai.
