Ingredients:
Roasted red rice flour 2 cups
Roasted urid dhal flour 1 cup
Coconut milk 3 cups
Sugar 100 g or Jaggery
Salt to taste
Water
Method:
In a pan, mix milk and sugar or jaggery together and boil for 3 minutes or until sugar has dissolved fully.
Mix urid dhal flour and rice flour together with salt and add this mixture little at a time to the boiling milk.
Keep stirring on a low flame to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan.
When all the flour has been added, cover the pan and leave to cook for further 4 to 5 minutes.
Switch off the fire and turn the mixture upside down to allow that side to cook for 3 minutes.
Serve when hot.
Serve with: Does not need any accompaniments
