Bitter Gourd Fried

Ingredients:

Bitter gourd 200 Gms
Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method:

Cut lengthwise into two; Clean the inside free from seeds; Wash well.

Slice into thin slices of equal thickness.

Mix all the pieces with the chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder well so that all the pieces are well coated.

In a frying pan deep fry this little at a time until crispy.

When done remove pieces from oil and place them on a kitchen paper for the excess oil to be absorbed.

It is ready to be eaten.
