You have not missed anything; Kool is there under More Recipes on the left of the window and still under Recipes of palmyrah Products as Odiyal Kool and pittu. Also you can look at the Site Map (top menu bar) which gives you the navigation to desired items.

Thank you all for the wonderful effort. Most of us remember various afternoon sweets made by our parents(mothers in particular). Younger generation do not have access to these sweets. It may be useful to
add a section to include these items (such as "Uluththam Ma sweet", etc).

Thank you for writing and the sentiments included therein. We are taking every effort to update almost weekly this site and we aim this site to be very popular. I found there was a need for such a site and here we are we got it here. There are some sweets, snacks and drinks included under More Recipes - Sweets, Snacks and drinks. Also there is a search facility where you can insert text and search the whole site for the item. If you want to see any particular item you could write to us and we will make an effort
to include in the next update. In fact there are some items waiting to be uploaded.
Other way to do is if you know some recipe you could write to us and please refer the page on Visitors articles on how to send articles.

Aubergines and egg plant mean the same thing as brinjal or kaththarikai.
This word appears in the glossary as egg plant. Please use the glossary it contains a lot of information.

 This is a fantastic site! Thank you so much. I can't believe how many recipes you have got on it and the information is made really interesting too. The website is very easy to use - I like the layout very much.
I am particularly impressed by the "kitchen tips". I will have to rearrange all the contents of my cupboards and fridge...!
Well, I may try to make one or two of the recipes this weekend. I will let you know how it goes...

I just realised. it would be helpful if you could put on the recipes how many people (or Srilankan tummies) each recipe serves.
